I’m Jaden
I am a certified menstrual cycle coach & educator, yoga teacher, and retreat host. I have been working with women to balance and recover their cycles naturally using a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual approach. I’ve experienced my own menstrual challenges and know how disorientating and frustrating it can feel. Everything I teach comes from both research and lived experience. I am very passionate about the empowerment journey each woman goes through on the way to a harmonious cycle.

This workshop is for any woman who wants to better understand her body and menstrual cycle. Whether you have regular periods, painful periods, irregular cycles, or simply feel disconnected from your body, you'll leave with practical knowledge and tools you can begin using right away. No prior knowledge is needed—just curiosity and an open mind.
I will however, consider doing a one-off based on the situation, so feel free to ask!

Yes! Even if you're using hormonal birth control, you'll still learn how your natural menstrual cycle works, why it matters, and how hormones influence your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Understanding your body is valuable no matter where you are in your journey.

While many examples focus on the menstrual cycle, the principles of cyclical living, hormone awareness, and body literacy are valuable across different stages of life. You'll still gain insights into how hormones influence your body and practical ways to support your well-being. (If you're offering workshops specifically tailored to postpartum or menopause in the future, you could also mention those.)
